Trevor Bavar, DDS

Dr. Trevor Bavar offers free consultation service to all Study Group members. These services include but are not limited to:

• Review of patient's records.
• Evaluation of the patient's C-T scan x-rays with the computer based Simplant program when indicated.
• Diagnosis and recommendations for treatment plans.
• Aid in fee structuring the treatment.
• Aid in case presentation to the patient.
• Performing the surgery where the members are welcome to observe if they wish. Dr. Bavar bills the patient an affordable fee for the surgery only.
• Complete aid in the construction of the prosthesis.

Many of the members who desire to learn some of the more advanced prosthetic techniques perform the prosthetics under the supervision of Dr. Bavar. They will have use of his facilities, armamentarium, and trained staff. There is no charge for this service and the referring doctor bills his patient for the prosthetic services.
